To promote national awareness of the social and political significance of the 1971 Constitutional Convention, FFI launches Citizens for a Filipino Constitution and records the proceedings of the convention to come up with “a calm appraisal.” However, the project is stalled by the political complications during the convention, leading to the declaration of Martial Law.
